Personal data

We will hold the personal data that you provide to us for the purposes of answering your enquiries, providing you with quotations that you have requested and for providing you services that you book.

Data that you provide to us in the form of emails will be stored in our email system. We will hold personal data relating to any booking and related financial transactions (our invoices and your payments) for seven years, in the form of emails, invoices and contract documents.

In the event that you do not proceed with the booking, we will retain your data and emails for three months from when you tell us, or if we don’t hear from you, we will erase your data four months after your enquiry.

You have the right at any time to request to see your personal data that we hold or to ask us to remove data which we do not need to hold for the purpose of providing the services we are contractually committed to provide to you. This removal does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Third Parties

We will not pass your personal data or details of your wedding to any third parties except where we are providing a second photographer as part of the services provided to you or in the event that we need to provide a replacement photographer.

In this case we will provide the necessary details of your wedding and personal information that are reasonably required by a second or replacement photographer in order to provide the event services.


Your data will not be added to any marketing lists or used for marketing purposes unless you have requested this or we have asked you and you have explicitly consented to this.

Social media and blog

We will ask for your explicit consent if we would like to publish on our social media feeds and/or our blog photographs from your weddings along with some details in accompanying text, such as your first names and wedding venue.
