Ripley Castle Weddings / A Winter Wedding Coming Up
Ripley Castle Weddings just look so pretty in every season. We start 2013 with Hannah & Tom’s wedding at Ripley Castle near Harrogate in North Yorkshire. Ripley Castle has everything a romantic bride could possibly want on her wedding day. It rightly boasts historical grandeur, vast country grounds, a lake with a view of the castle and of course turrets! Hannah confided that she considers herself a girly-girl and had always wanted a grand, classic wedding in a castle. Isn’t it fabulous when dreams come true!
In January 2013, Hannah and Tom will be getting married in the local Ripley church, then walking past all the pretty country-side cottages down to Ripley castle to celebrate with their family and friends. It’ll be our first Winter Wedding at Ripley Castle and at least one of us is actually hoping for snow. Bet you won’t have guessed that it’s the bride who’d be happy with a snowy winter wonderland wedding.
Here are a some of their photo-practice images from our photography at Ripley Castle in November.
Tom & Hannah have been together for almost nine years and are parents to little Lewis. Here’s a little info. fromHannah on their love-story,
Tom and I have been together an age – it’ll be 9 years next year. We met when I was 18 and he was 20 and we were both living in Nottingham. I was taking a year out and working at Barclay’s Bank. I was working behind the counter one day and saw my colleague speaking with a GORGEOUS boy. I asked her who he was and she said it was her son. The next day she told me that Tom had asked who I was when she got in from work – he’d spotted me too! She told him I was gushing over him in the staff room and she swapped numbers for us. We got talking and met about a week later for our first date – cinema and food. We got so close so quickly and before we knew it things were quite serious.
